Your role at Blok is to support our sellers and buyers together with our customer service team here in Stockholm. Your responsibilities will center around the mission of providing our Swedish customers the best possible home selling and buying experience. Customer satisfaction will be the main indicator your performance will be measured against.
We expect you to have the required education and experience to operate as a real estate agent in Sweden (registrerad fastighetsmäklare).
Additionally, we are looking for an individual who has the ambitions to grow with the company and help us improve our business.
You’ll naturally become a part of our option program, we believe that you need to have ownership to feel ownership.
In your role
you will be working with the following things and experience in these fields is appreciated:
You'll be the main contact person for our sellers and buyers, and you will support them throughout the process of selling and buying a new apartment.
You’ll be refining the customer service processes and get better and better while sharing your learnings with the HQ and eventually other markets.
You'll be directly facing our Swedish customers so this position requires you to be a native Swedish speaker.
