German and English speaking Account Advisor (Onboarding and Support)

EASI’R is a digital-born international software house with offices in Aarhus (DK) and Chemnitz (D). Our international team develops a cloud-based SaaS business software for the automotive industry. Amongst our clients are influential brands like Toyota, BMW, Jaguar Land Rover, and eBay Motors.

We are looking for a service-minded and driven full-time Account Advisor, who takes pride in going the extra mile in order to deliver outstanding service to our international customer base.

You will be assisting the Sales team with administrative tasks, you will be responsible for onboarding new B2B customers and work with 1st and 2nd Tier Support.

You will get all the training needed to perform on the highest level, and we'll support and foster your personal and professional development continuously.


You are:

● Curios and have a technical aptitude – eager to quickly learn and implement new technologies.

● Proactive, not afraid to take initiative, and you come up with new ideas and methods that push outcomes to the next level.

● Ambitious, analytical and energetic.

● Willing to travel approx. 20 days/ year in Denmark and abroad.


You have:

● The ability to quickly assess a situation and create a sense of urgency for rapid resolution

● Team spirit and a good sense of humor.

● An eye for details, enjoying to be involved in multiple tasks at the same time.

● A customer-centric mindset with a passion to help and provide an excellent service.

● Outstanding written and verbal German and English communication skills - Danish is a plus, but not a requirement.

● Preferably 3 years of work experience.


What you'll do:

● Provide outstanding service to our customers.

● Take support tickets through to resolution.

● Be involved in troubleshooting and investigating problems.

● Escalate support cases based on severity levels and associated business risk assessments.

● Be an expert on EASI’R product and features as they are launched.

● Update our internal knowledge base with new relevant insights in order to enhance. knowledge sharing across all support team members.

● Be the voice of the customer by logging and advocating for feature requests.

● You'll be phoning customers to sign them on to EASI’R.

● You'll be educating/nurturing your customers to make sure that their first experiences are successful.

● Tracking and updating sales information in Hubspot
