Job description

Grib is looking for a creative designer interested in AR and computer graphics to lead the interaction design for our XR engine. With us, you will have a significant role in creating the future of human-computer interaction.

This job deals with a cutting edge technology full of design challenges and an opportunity to Lead UX design for the AR industry.

We are looking for a driven and creative professional with exceptional problem-solving skills who buys the challenges and focuses on creating workable solutions. To succeed in this role, you would benefit by having experience in 3D and AR tools, game engines, and sketching (both digitally and on paper) and above all, be very interested in future human-computer interaction in AR/XR.

Requirements

• 3D skills (3D design and 3D thinking)

• Creativity and ability to come up with solutions for design challenges

• Excellent UX skills and Interaction design skills

• Design thinking mindset

• At least one year of professional experience as a UX designer in a team

• Experience with AR/XR tools

• Experience using engines like Unreal, Unity, or Vuforia is a significant advantage

• 3D motion graphics is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Ideation and creating creative proposals for target interactions in AR

• Sketching solutions and design ideas to communicate with the team

• Prototyping proposed interactions in a short time

• Working closely with Grib’s CPO and CTO

• Managing and helping (potential) design interns

• Benchmarking, reading and improving to grow as a leading AR UX designer
