Evli Growth Partners is a Finnish VC investing in the most beautiful Nordic and Baltic companies in Series A and Series B. As an analyst, you will be a core part of our deal team of 4, meaning hands-on working with the best companies of our region. Since the team is small, the variance between every single day is big; however, you will especially work with the sustainability aspects of our portfolio companies and community building with our portfolio companies, partners, and investors.

What we look for:

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience (in ESG, Venture or Corporate Finance)

• Knowledge and interest in growth companies

• Relevant university degree (or close to graduation) in e.g. Finance or Industrial Management

• Strong personality and ability to make decisions under uncertainty

• Excellent academic grades and an analytical mindset

• Fluent in Finnish and English, other language skills are considered an asset.
