We are seeking a B2B Sales trainee-extraordinaire to join our sharp & truly lovely
team! You are an action-oriented team-player, having good knowledge of the Finnish
business scene and familiar with start-up & SME environment.
You will gain deep insight into how the company’s objectives, environment and
strategies tie together to meet sales targets. This position will help you to acquire
broad B2B Sales skills; You’ll be qualifying and generating leads by cold calling B2B
prospects; promoting the company’s Market Entry Programmes and showing
persistence in calling potential new customers. You’ll get hands-on business training
and acquire the necessary skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced sales oriented
Good negotiation skills and relationship management
Detailed-oriented, good with numbers and budgeting
Very organised, with excellent time management and able to keep deadlines
Able to anticipate and plan for different scenarios
Able to create sales opportunities for future events during client liaisons and
during events, including possessing a strong working knowledge of the company to further these sales opportunities
Able to handle multiple cases at the same time
Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form
Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high quality sales presentations
Great independent working skills and team working skills with intercultural competence to respect diversity and perform excellently in international/multicultural working environments
Excellent communication skills, excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
Preferably fluent or proficient Finnish speaker, but not necessary
