What you will do at Qred
As customer advisor, your most important responsibility is to ensure every customer feels valued and satisfied with their experience with Qred. We have come this far because of genuinely happy customers and passionate staff - and we expect you will want to help this cause!
Your tasks:
Excel in customer contacts and deliver high-quality service via our support platform
Become an expert in the small business landscape, understand the challenges that entreprenuers face, and coach small business owners on how to grow and thrive
Be hands on in the credit underwriting process, so you will evaluate and process new and repeat customer applications (with support from our Qred Score Algorithm and team of experts)
Content-creation for our blog, and general trends in the Danish market, including competitive environment
Build effective, positive and enthusiastic relationships with our customers
What we are looking for in you:

Curious: understand our clients' business needs, wants, and pain points
Positive mindset and driven to learn every day
Flexible, and willing to chip in within multiple areas in a start-up environment
Native Danish speaker willing to work from our office in Stockholm
