The LinkedKurs project is looking for 4 new sales consultants.

LinkedKurs is a fast-growing company, founded in 2015, that helps businesses and individuals in the business to leverage the potential of digital marketing channels, with a focus on LinkedIn.

The founder of LinkedKurs is Christoffer Bertilsson, who is today regarded as Scandinavia's leading LinkedIn expert.

The services offered by LinkedKurs include digital courses, lectures, workshops, consulting services, etc.

You will receive professional top level training including LinkedIn certification, a close follow-up and coaching from our team leaders for the best possible result. The project also includes networking in the ecosystem of entrepreneurs, Investors, corporate's which can be invaluable for further career steps.

The target group / customers are SMB (small medium-sized companies) where LinkedKurs have customized solutions for different needs, but also standardized package solutions of digital courses. The workdays will consist primarily of New sales, some customer follow-up as well as up-sell/resale for those who are fast learners or have experience from prior engagements.


The Sales Factory AS has a professional approach to sales at every level, from product, system training, routines and reporting. LinkedKurs provides a thorough training program so that you are LinkedIn certified before prior to your first call.

Furthermore, the management has a total of over 50 years of sales experience both on phone and face2face as well as B2B and B2C, and clearly aims to create an inclusive thrilling environment with talented and competent people. You will be welcomed, taken care of in an exemplary way and have the opportunity to influence your own working day as we desire to grow with you to become a significant player in the market.


Commission/Salary

• Salary is set high, primarily commission based with the possibility of building your own portfolio-based income. In addition to excellent add-on products, Likedkurs has created customer journey options, which in turn provides you with great value per customer. Contests in team and on individual level with varied prizes are to be implemented, as well as a separate bonus model based on quarterly performance for the entire company. Company bonuses will be utilized in the form of team building trips and various social gatherings.


To succeed in this job you should be:

• Being social and open minded.

• Gentle, nice, honest and able to thrive in sales environment.

• Speaking fluent Norwegian and English as well as be above 18 years of age.

• Interested / have some knowledge of LinkedIn as well as digital marketing in general.
