As CSM you will be the main point of contact for our new and recurring customers. You will be responsible for developing & maintaining relationships. Your main function is to proactively ensure that operational departments are fully informed and aligned with customer’s needs and expectations.

We are looking for an open-minded, stress-tolerant and a fast learner who works efficiently even in unexpected situations. We expect suitable third-level education, IT- capabilities and the ability to work with flexible schedules. Team leader skills are required as well as fluency in both Finnish and English.
