You will be a part of our management team and be responsible for expanding our digital marketing business in Stockholm. OBS! This company is still in startup mode and are looking for a future co-founder and not an employee. You must be available in Stockholm.

Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit paired with strong technical and development skills? '

• We are seeking a technical co-founder who will assume the role of CTO. As the CTO, you will be our first technology go-to expert and play an integral role in setting the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth.

• Initial responsibilities will include leading the rapid development of our MVP. You will oversee all development and be responsible for technical architecture and maintaining platform health. As we bring development in-house, you will have a chance to set the culture and define skills for a team of engineers.

Qualifications

• Start-up experience preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of technical and development experience
• Experience developing web and mobile platforms
• Creative problem solver who can courageously propose and support new ideas to bring travel and adventure to more people worldwide.
• Ability to adapt. An ideal candidate will welcome the opportunity to solve a broad range of problems using a wide array of technologies.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities and general growing pains of an early-stage technology company
• Exceptional entrepreneurial judgment that fosters independence over micro-management
• Strong work ethic and ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced work environment
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
