We’re Insurello and we’ve developed the first digital solution that helps people claim their accident insurance money instantly online. We´ve been an instant hit on the market and now we need you as an important cog in the wheel to expand the team and scale our product across Sweden (and later the rest of Europe/world).

Every year 6 billion SEK of personal accident insurance compensation go unclaimed in Sweden!

One of the biggest reasons is that it is extremely difficult to go through the claims process, and requires both time, knowledge and a lot of patience.

In 2018 we have raised more than 35 million SEK from leading Venture Capitalist firms and trusted investors who’ve brought in not just money but credibility, network and business assets.

Are we looking for you?

We are looking for you who want to have the ultimate responsibility for Insurello's growth process and develop from a trainee. The position starts as a claims specialist, and will later be adjusted to fit your background and interest.

The goal is that you´ll develop into a team lead position or that you’ll work with computer analysis, product development or in other areas that demand a deep understanding of our core business. This requires a person who wants to influence and constantly evolve.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or other relevant education (preferably in economics, sales, marketing, photography, etc. We´re very flexible!)
• Interested in working in a start-up and working with something that has a higher purpose than just making money.
• You are ambitious and hardworking and appreciate the responsibility to work with an early stage start-up where much is changing. You are passionate about your job, your customers and to help building a strong brand.
• You want to grow within a company and want to make your voice heard.
• You need to be fluent in Swedish, both in terms of writing and speaking
