The WOW Closet is a designer dress rental service where you can rent dresses for special occasions and rent out dresses you no longer wear. With us you can wear a designer dress for a price of its mass market counterpart, while also making a sustainable choice. We have a proven concept and we have taken the service to the market. Your role is to make our operations smooth and efficient so that the company can grow while consistently delivering the WOW experience.

Your To-Do List:

1. Create processes, policies and strategy to deliver consistent customer experience

2. Build processes, policies and strategies to prepare the company for growth

3. Together with the CEO, identify growth opportunities and make the growth happen

4. Assisting the CEO in hiring a team to deliver the growth

5. Be second in command and the go-to person when the CEO is unavailable

Your Experience:

1. Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or another relevant leadership role

2. Understanding of various business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.

4. Experience in fundraising, scaling retail, experiential retail, sustainable fashion or franchising is a merit

5. Network within the fashion industry and/or entrepreneurial community is a merit

6. BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus

7. Fluent Swedish and English

Please note, that this is a full-time co-founder position with remuneration entirely in equity stock. The stock value will correspond to the competitive market salary for your work, based on your skills and experience. This could be a perfect opportunity for someone who has recently made a startup exit. Or, possibly, you are interested in starting your own business, especially in the area of sustainable fashion or circular economy,  and are lacking a co-founder.
