THE JOB

We are looking for a technical head to lead Hooves into the next era. This role is not just about coding – we are looking for someone to lead our product expansion and build our team. You will work closely with our CEO, and code yourself while managing the tech team. You need to be able to see the big picture while diving into the details. When the company grows, so do you, and this position is for someone looking to gradually move into a full-on management position. We have a big vision, strong skills in business and a deep knowledge of the industry – we just need you to bring the product to life!

Our ideal candidate would have comprehensive experience with backend development, data structure and architecture, but also an understanding of web and mobile. We could go on and on about what the perfect skillset and background would be for this position, but the most important thing for us is that you have an insatiable hunger to learn and develop.

You must be located in Copenhagen, Denmark (or willing to relocate). The position is full-time, and compensation will be a mix of salary and equity.

THE PRODUCT

BUILD! Develop interactive matchmaking platform (Technology of your choosing)

EXPAND! Build backend for new features in the app (React Native + Laravel + PHP)

TRACK! Maintain cross-channel funnels and data analytics (Firebase)

SCALE! Prepare infrastructures for internationalisation (AWS, cloud-based)
