Done is now looking for our first hire: a Full-Stack Mobile Engineer to propel our Flutter & Firebase-based app forward.

As we're a small, tight team, cultural fit is very important and will be big factor in the selection process. If you're a great engineer but haven't worked with our particular stack before, don't be discouraged.

Part of the compensation will be in Qualified Employee Stock Options, giving you the opportunity to take part in the success of the company.

Since our customers are local, fluency in Swedish is mandatory.

Who are you? 🤩

• Is an experienced mobile engineer, either with iOS, Android, React Native or Flutter

• Has an eye for design (actual design skills is a bonus)

• Enjoys collaboration. Previous open source work is a big plus.

• Engineers with a user-centric approach, not for the sake of technological perfection

• Is eager to learn new technologies and programming skills

• Has a curious mind and likes to take initiative

Your tasks would include:

• Software engineering across our tech stack, from mobile app to backend to frontend back office

• Working tightly with the founding team and in response to customers on the product roadmap

• Experiment on how to improve customer experience using new technologies like AR

• Implement improvements & optimize our marketing website
