We are an all-inclusive short-term rental management service company, operating in Helsinki, Finland. As COO you are part of the management team and will operate as the right hand of CEO, Johannes. There are lots of things you need to keep under control, such as platforms we are using for our business, operations in housekeeping management platforms and communication with the apartment owners. The business is still young so tasks will vary as the company grows. It is important that you have a driven and result-oriented personality, always looking for ways to improve the business.

The person we are looking for is open-minded, stress tolerant and fast learner who works efficiently even in unexpected situations. We expect suitable education, IT-capabilities and the ability to work with flexible schedules. Team leader skills are required.

We expect fluent English, other languages preferable.
