We are looking for a fluent Chinese speaking procurement intern, to be part of something unique; interested in learning how to change the future of digital screens, by applying an autonomous drive to an established design process. We are a small team of creative problem-solvers, design thinkers and developers. We do what needs to be done, while having fun and playing games, all at same time. The position offers exciting insights into a disruptive digital market and our product design process, where our biggest challenges are in finetuning and securing a strong Chinese procurement and in-house development process.

Key Responsibilities...

You will be assisting in critical planning and risk assessments, for the entire procurement and development process. A significant part of your role will be to drive and secure that our activities progress and evolve. 

The position requires you to handle ‘day-to-day’ activities such as facilitating and preparing material for meetings, to ensure consensus and that decisions are taken, overall planning and follow-up are done as well as execution of tasks and projects is progressing. 

The role also exposes and expects you to empower strategic tasks such as identification and on-boarding of new partners; contribute in designing and embedding our overall strategic direction on procurement and development. All tasks require a close alignment and collaboration with various stakeholders.

We are looking for a candidate that...

• Fluent in Chinese and English, both verbal and written, as well as familiar with Chinese work culture. 
• A structured and disciplinary mindset; familiar with project management methodologies and project / task management systems. 
• Has a strong independent drive and goal orientation; thriving in an autonomous process. 
• Ability to work across different functions and engage with stakeholders internally and externally. 
• Entrepreneurial spirit and loving the startup culture of fast tactics. 
• Relevant work experience and case stories.
