Norlase is a fast-growing medical device company, founded by Danish and US serial entrepreneurs and backed by VC-investors. Based on proprietary break-through technology, we have developed a next-generation laser medical device. We recently received our FDA clearance and are introducing the device to the market this summer.
We are a fast-moving team, combining cutting-edge technological knowledge with executive experience from the industry. In the past 36 months, we have grown from 3 to 18 full-time employees and we are now scaling our production facilities in the greater Copenhagen area (Ballerup).
Production scaling will be a major challenge. We therefore want to expand the team with a talented individual who is eager to learn and shares our passion for making an impact. You will be part of an expert production team, handpicked from the biggest medical device and photonics companies in Denmark. Your focus will be the production of the optical modules at the heart of our device. You will face a wide range of challenges, from very hard technology problems to routine activities that must be continually optimized. You can expect to go home tired, fulfilled and with a smile on your face every day.
