That’s why we’re bringing the industry into the 2020’s. Since its founding, Blok has sold nearly 300M€ worth of apartments.


Your role at Blok is to lead us in our market entry to Stockholm and Sweden. You’ll have a huge amount of responsibility and freedom of Blok’s expansion in Sweden. This is the sort of position where you get to be the CEO/entrepreneur of a startup within a startup. Our founding team members will spend a lot of time in Sweden during the kickoff period so you’ll have all of the support that you need to execute the roll-out. You’ll naturally become a part of our option program, we believe that you need to have ownership to feel ownership. We expect you to have experience from similar high growth roles previously. A background in consulting or high growth startups is a big bonus. 

We don’t know what your background will exactly be but you’ll be working with the following things and experience in these is appreciated: 

  • You’ll need to establish and execute a strategy for growth in Sweden while managing your P&L and taking care of the efficiency, profitability and scalability
  • You’ll be negotiating partnerships and creating mutual opportunities between Blok and other players in the market.
  • You’ll build an amazing country team and lead them towards the vision of what Blok should be in Sweden.
  • You’ll be building and nurturing the Blok brand into what it needs to be in the Swedish market
  • You’ll be refining the processes and get better and better while sharing your learnings with the HQ and eventual other markets.
  • You'll be our face for the Swedish market and this position does require you to be a native Swedish speaker.
