Your role at Blok is to lead us in our market entry to Stockholm and Sweden. You’ll have a huge amount of responsibility and freedom of Blok’s expansion in Sweden. This is the sort of position where you get to be the CEO/entrepreneur of a startup within a startup. Our founding team members will spend a lot of time in Sweden during the kickoff period so you’ll have all of the support that you need to execute the roll-out. You’ll naturally become a part of our option program, we believe that you need to have ownership to feel ownership. We expect you to have experience from similar high growth roles previously. A background in consulting or high growth startups is a big bonus.
