Technical Product Manager

Salary Competitive

The foundation of our solution, Nordic API Gateway is to get data through the APIs of the banks. When we started up, no public APIs were available in the industry. Thanks to our Connections team, our clients now have access to more than 350 banks across the Nordics.

The reverse engineers of the team are the first team "on site" to make sure we crack the APIs open. This can be challenging as the APIs are often obscured with limited documentation. Then the software developers take over and develop solutions that make it possible for the end users to access the bank data.

The Connections team is filled with genius minds, stubbornness, geeks, kindness and a lot of guys named Alex (40% of the team members are named Alex 🤓 ). The team also has an army of testers spread across the Nordics that helps us test the different connections to the banks.

The Tech Lead of the Connections Team is Christian Panton. With a PhD in Geophysics, Christian is an ethical hacker and data activist. All things tech, hacking, GDPR, laws and regulations - Panton knows the answer. At the same time, he is a great leader and maintains a razor sharp focus on what’s best for his team. Long story short - he's pretty awesome!

HOW DO YOU COME INTO THE PICTURE?

Your primary responsibility will be product management for the Connections team at Nordic API Gateway, as well as taking part ownership of the people focussed touch points of the Nordic API Gateway and brand. The team should focus on what they do best - development and reverse engineering. You will make sure the team is on track and working according to our Product Roadmap.

To do that, you’ll be working closely with the CPO, CTO, but most importantly you will be part of a tight-knit leadership duo with the Tech Lead.

Additionally, you’ll be working with all core business functions; including design, engineering, strategy, operations, support and sales - with your main focus on continued evolvement of our service offering and product experiences.

  • Championing and evolving the brand

WHO ARE YOU?

You are a well-rounded, holistic product owner or manager with experience and passion for defining, refining and designing features, and a knack for getting the ball moving efficiently, as well as being a technical mind.
