Flextribe is a startup that matches freelance IT specialists with large corporate organizations’ needs. We believe that future-ready companies have to establish a flexible workforce to succeed in an exponential changing future. We are looking for an organized and hands-on person who will be responsible for a broad range of tasks within CRM management, lead generation and customer experience. The job will be centered around communication with and administration of freelance consultants.

 The position

As Researcher/CRM in Flextribe, we promise you a high learning curve. You will have a wide range of responsibilities and tasks including:

• Structure the process to onboard freelancers on to the platform
• Support in screening and helping the freelancers
• Develop strategies to find and create a community of freelancers
• Manage and administrate our CRM tool Hubspot and Flextribe admin
• Structure and plan our first events
• Help the product team get feedback and test the product
• Continue project management on projects
• Help structure insights and the overall process

In general, the position requires you to be organized and have a flair for coming up with new initiatives that will secure growth and speed with a sense for communicative details. And you should not be afraid to call people. 

The ideal candidate:

• You have experience from a previous job as a researcher  in headhunting / recruitment or previous work with CRM, project management, customer experience.
• You hold a relevant academic background within the field of business administration, IT management, entrepreneurship or similar 
• You possess excellent communication skills both in Danish and English written and verbally
• You are result-driven and proactive by nature
• You are extremely organized and collaborative
• If you have experience from the startup scene, it is a plus

Practicalities:
