The position requires independence and that you take initiative. At RenSti you are welcome to challenge the status quo, formulate new “people vision”, and implement it. Our Strategy & Operations manager will be your go-to person, but you will be integrated in a flat company structure, where you manage your projects independently.

You will
You will have a high degree of freedom to design your own work and prioritise between tasks. Your tasks might include:
- Being in charge of the recruitment process
- Orchestrating the onboarding procedure
- Creating a human resource management strategy for RenSti
- Planning future human resource requirements and propose solutions to responding to them
- Improving access to internal and external knowledge resources
- Gathering structured feedback from employees
- Updating employees’ development and learning plans, and designing support actions to help them achieve
- Be in charge of our internal monthly employee event (bar, boardgames, picnic, etc.)
Compensation: the position is unpaid, as all positions at RenSti are currently unpaid.
Start: as soon as possible.
