Betao is a Swedish-French tech company based in Stockholm. We build tools and services that help entrepreneurs succeed. We are, one of the largest French websites for autoentrepreneurs’ incorporation and run the largest auto-entrepreneurs community in France.
Betao is a rising star on the French legal tech market and we are currently looking for a Partnerships Director to build a partnership ecosystem around our company to drive superior customer value and company revenues.
Your role:
Partnership Director is a strategic and high exposition/high reward position for Betao as partnerships are a key growth opportunity for the company.
- Partnerships can be divided into:
- Partnerships that will broaden the scope of our offer and therefore create new revenue streams
- Partnerships with companies that need our services and will enable us to attract new customers
- Partnerships that will improve our customer experience through better services
- Partnerships with public and parapublic bodies
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Define in link with the CEO the partnership strategy and set of priorities
- Source new partnerships on the four axis hereabove and negotiate commercial terms and conditions
- Manage partnerships’ lifetime value by insuring all is done to the get the best out of them for both of us and our partners
- Define creative approaches that can driver value for us and our partners
- Interact with marketing and product teams to ensure proper technical partnership execution
- Regularly scan the market for new opportunities
The position does not include management at first but could/should medium term
Who we are looking for:
- You have a Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration / Management
- You have 5 to 10 years of experience in managing business relationships (partnerships or key account management)
- You are a positive minded person
- You have a strong commercial acumen and negotiating skills
- You have the capability to think out of the box and device win-win solutions
- You have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- You have the agility to move fast and adapt in a start-up constantly changing environment with a wide variety of discussion partners
- You have the ability to persuade and influence at a senior level
- You have some experience in project management would be a plus
- You are fluent in French and English
IMPORTANT: The position can be either based in Stockholm with regular trips to France or in Paris with occasional trips to Stockholm
