We are hiring an Office Coordinator to support our growing team with day-to-day operations and to take care of our office, creating a productive, comfortable and fun working environment.

Your responsibilities

• Keep the office tidy, organised and comfortable
• Manage and order office supplies and refreshments
• Organise team activities and events
• Help teams with recruiting, welcoming and onboarding new hires
• Help with other administrative tasks, making travel arrangements, handling receipts, contracts and documents
• Working with others to build great, healthy and enjoyable company and workplace culture
• We are looking for a helpful and organised person with a can-do spirit. You like working with people and you can communicate clearly in English and Finnish with others.
