Hyperdivision builds distributed systems on peer to peer technology and cryptographic primitives. Working at Hyperdivision you’ll be releasing your work as open source and contributing to existing projects, as this is core to us. We speak regularly at industry leading conferences and hold workshops, for which we are eager to mentor and encourage. Our work is the intersection of research and application.

Hyperdivision has been contracted to develop a coloured coin overlay for the Lightning Network, allowing smart assets and digital properties to be traded on the network. You will be joining our team in Copenhagen to realise the RGB Specification. You will also collaborate with a global network of open-source contributors and industry professionals.

We need a developer to work with us from our Copenhagen office at Pier 47 on Langelinie. If you are from within the EU, we can advise on relocation to Denmark.

Beneficial skills:

• Experience with Bitcoin (especially p2wsh, coloured coins, etc)
• Experience with Lightning Network
• Experience with Go / C / Rust (current lightning implementations are written in these languages)
• Experience with Node.js / Javascript
• Experience with protocols such as UDP, TCP/IP, gRPC, HTTP
• Experience with Elliptic Curve Cryptography, Hash Functions, Zero-Knowledge Proofs etc.
• Experience with Security, Defense-in-depth, Games / Incentive Structures
