MyData Global is an award-winning international nonprofit with its headquarters in Finland. The purpose of MyData Global is to empower individuals by improving their right to self-determination regarding their personal data. Our domain is a unique combination of business, innovations and human rights in the digital world. At the moment, we’re a team of six, based in Finland and Estonia and our 600 members come from nearly 40 countries on six continents.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented self-starter to join our team as a Tools & Admin Superhero. Tools responsibilities include providing support to our international team in using online tools such as Stripe, Pipedrive, Zapier, Slack, Airtable, Google Team Drive & G Suite to increase our productivity and impact. If you have desire to learn and enjoy working with different online tools, then that’s great already!
The admin responsibilities include supporting the CEO and the staff with day-to-day financial admin such as invoicing and salaries (Holvi, Palkkaus.fi, Briox) and help in travel arrangements, various reports, and making process improvements.
