We are developing a b2b SaaS application for small and medium sized sports bars and a web-app for sports fans. The bars can schedule their events and quantify their marketing efforts into offline customers while our community of enthusiastic sports fans can quickly see which bars are showing their favourite games.
We’re looking for a candidate who is ready to go the extra mile in helping us find and choose the right people for our team. You will help spread the words over various job portals, assist in sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for our Copenhagen office, as well as set up presentations and partnerships with universities or other organizations and participate in recruitment events. The core team is complete, but we are launching soon, so we need someone like you to help us to be in contact with potential candidates from all over the world every day. It’s the perfect chance to increase your expertise, gain valuable knowledge and play an essential role in our expansion.
What will you do as part of the HR team?
You will work directly with the CEO and collaborating with our HR team
• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days
• Ultimately, you will assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures.
What skills we are searching for?
• Fluent in English Verbal and written
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Efficiency at Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation
• Organizational skills
• Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus
• BSc in Human Resources Management or a similar field is plus
