You want to be part of that? We are currently looking for a Talent Hunter who will work on an exciting project for one of Nordic Jobs Worldwide’s biggest global clients. The project is for a 3 month period with a possibility to continue and develop into a permanent recruiter. Are you passionate about people and love learning about career and skills? Then you might be the ideal candidate!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create job postings and spread them by social medias
• Screen candidate's resumes
• Proactively source candidates on LinkedIn and other CV databases
• Conduct phone / Skype / face-to-face interviews with candidates
• Participate in intake meetings to define job requirements
• You will be involved in recruiting Nordic speakers for one of our biggest clients

REQUIREMENTS  

• You are fluent in one Nordic language – if you speak several languages it’s beneficial!
• You are passionate about career, skills, people and/or talent.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills
• You are proactive and have a can-do attitude
• You can't live one day without learning something new!
