Proximi.io is the first technology-agnostic positioning platform. We are looking for an energetic teamworker to join us as for operations and key account management. You will be an important part of the Proximi.io team, making sure that the company keeps running and everyday tasks get done, even when the pace gets hectic.

 You’ll be working directly under the CEO, and closely together with both the sales and technical staff.

Tasks

• Project manager for key pilots and projects
• Setup and preparation work for customer projects
• Approving projects before sending them to customers (=testing projects)
• Onboarding new customers.
• First level support for customers (and directing their queries to technical team)
• Customer invoicing
• Travel and event arrangements
• Keeping the office running

Skills

• Organization
• Project management - you not only do your part, but make sure others are on top of their tasks too
• Customer service attitude
• But still know where to draw the limit with customer requests
• Independent worker
• Willingness to keep constantly learning, no fear for technology
• Ability to solve difficult situations with fast thinking
• Capability to travel
• Education is irrelevant, experience in project management tasks highly valued
• Fluent in English (company official language English)
• Finnish speaker preferred, for a top candidate lack of Finnish may be accepted
• Other languages a plus

• Starting salary of approximately 2500-2800€ / month, depending on experience
