Who are we? At Kostner we use AI and Big Data to Analyze, Optimize, and Redesign IT Environments. We have partnered with global hardware vendors who want to use our services in their go-to-market. Our technology is unmatched in the marketplace today, and we sell it through Partners but also through direct sales - and we now want to start using inbound marketing as a sales channel.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a candidate that knows Inbound Sales. A large part of Inbound Sales is creating content that triggers the readers. To do this you need to have capabilities to do intriguing graphics and texts. Furthermore you need to have a personality that is keen to take up dialogues with potential clients on SoMe's but also on calls and other media platforms. We don’t expect you to do any cold calling, but you are expected to have a profile where being in dialogue with clients is as fun as doing things you like.

Another part of an Inbound Sales Managers role is to constantly look at numbers and to analyze what is working and what does not work. You need to be able to give a good overview and summary of the numbers every week to the founder. The role requires that you are fluent and flawless in English.

Maybe you already know how to gain 1000 new followers in a short time without paid ads or breaking the rules? We are looking for the right candidate who can get on board and start helping us improve our Inbound Marketing.
