We are looking for Office Coordinator / Receptionist at Oslo International Hub - coworking center at Oscars Gate 27, right behind the Royal Palace. You will be the first person to be seen and you will direct visitors and businesses to the right direction,


General tasks include a variety administrative and office tasks - e.g. office viewings, coordination of our facility basic tasks, assistance in hosting events, customer care & community support.

Main task routines control:

• Tiding up common areas, checking routine daily toilet, meeting rooms and kitchen area, and comsequentlty:

• Maintain stationary and kitchen stock, for tenants use

• Ordering stock : checking routine for office materials, and ordering stationery (for buying by Office Manager);

• Keeping inventory event materials related (glasses, cups, cutlery, decoration)

• Maintained standard operating procedures to ensure tenants satisfaction

• Implement guidelines for new equipment and propose changes in offices and meeting rooms

• Coordinate cleaning service

• Host event assistance: welcoming and guests registering ; room setup and tiding up for next day; double check attendees requests and needs during the event; processing contacts data during the event for OIH network data base, reconfirm the arrival time for the speaker, and system handling (projector, speaker, screen, etc is working) and giving assistance

• Door Management, open + Welcoming guests

• Supervising tenants requests and Assisting in Office operations, booking meeting rooms etc

• Processing customer space visits/offers, and feedback

• Working to resolve any issues for the tenants to ensure optimal satisfaction*
