Aleap is Scandinavia's largest community for health startups. As the Head of Incubator, you are responsible for the daily operations of the incubator that is an important part of Aleap's business. You will have a key role to further develop the incubator program to add the greatest possible value to the companies. You will also contribute as a business developer for some of the companies.

Increasing the visibility of our incubator to attract the most promising health startups will be one of your main responsibilities. Furthermore, you will help build an environment where sharing, collaboration and learning between companies are imperative. It is also imperative that each member feel included, valued and become proactive members. Head of Incubator reports the Managing Partner (CEO).

As the Head of Incubator, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the daily operations of the incubator

• Contributing as a business developer for a selection of companies

• Creating a steady deal-flow of new companies into Aleap

• Further developing the incubator program (method/models)

• Further developing the collaboration with service providers and partners

• Helping build an inclusive, dynamic and ambitious community

• Organizing meetings and arenas for the members to share knowledge, ideas and networks

• Ensuring good communication internally and externally

We are looking for a new colleague with the following characteristics:

• Broad experience from health industry or incubator activities

• Visionary and forward thinking

• You are hands-on and a self-starter

• Structured and a good administrator

• Confident, you have good interpersonal skills and like to work with others

• Entrepreneurial experience is a bonus

• Solution-oriented and willing to go the extra mile for our entrepreneurs to succeed
