Responsibilities - What You’ll Do

• No need to handle any administration with our clients and projects - we do this for you!
• Enjoy a hassle free freelance lifestyle using our online service specifically designed for creative projects.
• Be online during the working day, but work from anywhere in the world!

A Day In The Life Of A Graphiq Creative - How You’ll Work

• Login to your Graphiq Workspace, to find all your tools and communication in one place.
• Receive awesome projects from your dedicated Account Manager (Think: Personal Assistant)
• Mark projects as interesting or not (You are free to accept as many or as few projects as you like).
• Connect directly with our awesome clients (TINE, DNB, Orkla, Höegh, Staruplab, Inventura, PWC, Ticketmaster, etc)
• Execute Kickoff Calls to get to know your client and their project needs.
• Submit fixed-price proposals for projects, with a 70% accept rate (7 day acceptance deadline).
• Execute projects in dedicated project channels keeping all of you work organised and streamlined.
• Close projects once finished, and invoice as soon as you are done (Did we mention we have a Guaranteed Payment policy?)
• Log out of Graphiq, and enjoy your evening.

Graphiq - What We’ll Do

• Connect you with a dedicated Account Manager for all of your needs during Graphiq projects.
• Serve you awesome Clients with concrete project needs.
• Sell you in to Clients on your behalf - we strive for what we call a Perfect Match!
• Advise on pricing with a focus on Value Based Pricing.
• Facilitate all client communication, from Customer Service to Customer Success.
• Handle payment on your behalf, with our Guaranteed Payment policy.
• Handle any issues during projects with our clients.
• Strive to match you with clients that not only fit your creative domain, but your personality and values.

The Plan - What You’ll Do After Joining

• Onboard and integrate into our systems and services.
• Create a cohesive profile showcasing your creative domain, and previous work.
• Learn about Graphiq’s business model, brand purpose and story.
• Execute a test project with a real client.
• Start receiving projects asap!

 Requirements - What We Are Looking For

• A team player who contributes positively to a growing team, have a positive mind set and has strong collaborative skills.
• Experience within content writing, and can show this through previous work.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office / Google Docs, Slack, and other relevant tools.
• You must have strong written and oral communication skills in either/both Norwegian and English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to develop your skills.
