The role is part-time aside from your studies, where you will find, screen and recruit candidates for a job abroad.

Responsibilities:

• Write and publish job ads
• Developing and building a network of candidates
• Sharing the true abroader spirit among people who wants to work abroad
• Interview of candidates
• Providing advice to candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities etc.
• Secure the quality of candidates delivered to the companies 
• Communication with business partners and companies

Requirements:

• Have lived abroad
• Relevant studies such as HR, marketing, communication, business studies.
• Outgoing, independent and structured
• Target and goal orientated
• Wish to be part of a start-up
• Native English, Scandinavian, French, German, Dutch
