Insurance has been broken for way too long. With the latest technologies, some common sense and people’s best interest at heart Hedvig is tearing up old business models to build the insurance solution of the future.

We are looking for a real rockstar to join the design team! Someone who is passionate about working with people to turn insights and ideas into beautifully designed products, and is excited to roll up their sleeves and join a fast moving startup. 

What you’ll do

• You will focus mainly on product development and make sure that we ideate and move quickly from idea, to prototype and then to a beautiful finished product.
• You will let users lead the way and incorporate their feedback into your work. 
• You will also assist the rest of the organisation on establishing Hedvig’s visual identity across all touch points. 

Who you are

• You have 4-5 years of related experience designing consumer-focused products. Mobile is a plus.
• Things move fast so we expect you to be able to work autonomously and take ownership of your work all the way to the finish line.
• You are comfortable leading design projects from start to finish, creating asset libraries, guiding other team members, and making sure that the entire user experience remains coherent.
• You truly love design work and you’re excited to grow together with Hedvig.
