HELIOT EMIL is looking for a skilled administrative manager to be part of the team and to grow with the company. This person will become the right hand of operations director Victor Juul, and will be a part of growing the company in every sense. The person must be highly motivated and driven while being able to maintain various tasks professionally.
The person for the position must have:
- Must have high organizational skills
- Must have a business degree
- Must have high excel skills
- Must have above average finance skills
- Must have leadership and teamwork skills
- Must be a fast learner
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must have passion for the industry and its best practices
- Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques is a plus
- Adobe program experience is a plus
As the person also will be in contact with clients, other interns and similar, the person must be eloquent in english both written and spoken. The position will also demand high expectations on engaging with the rest of the team, why the person must be able to handle several tasks at once.
