ABOUT MAVENOID
Here at Mavenoid, we’re automating technical support through a human-friendly virtual agent. We replace long waits with interactive troubleshooting, freeing up time for support agents to deal with problems that need a human touch.
Born out of the pressure of diagnosing tanks for the Swedish Defense, today our platform is used by some of the world’s most important organizations to repair everything from trucks and cranes to robotic lawn mowers and home alarms. The company was founded in 2016 by former Palantir and Google engineers, and we’re backed by Creandum and Point Nine Capital, two of the leading European venture capital firms.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Head of Marketing, your first two projects will be ones you’ll remember 30 years from now. First, you will reinvent how intelligent virtual agents are distributed. Second, you will plant our flag on the word troubleshooting in people’s minds.
No two weeks will be the same, but you’ll have three main responsibilities:
- Generate more inbound opportunities than we can currently handle, building our Demand Gen Machine from scratch
- Design and run experiments to see what customer acquisition channels work best (content marketing, SEM, social/display ads, SEO, email marketing, offline ads, trade shows, speaking engagements etc)
- Position Mavenoid as the world’s troubleshooting engine
WHO YOU ARE
You are a marketing maven. You have succeeded in a marketing role before and are hungry for a new challenge where you can set up the demand gen machine, the way it always should have been done. You are great at designing experiments and making decision based on data.
This role is neither static nor easily defined. It will change quickly along with our company. It requires wrestling with abstract technical concepts and thriving in an engineering culture. The right person is a marketing maven who can grow into a future leader who will shape our organization.
