We are developing a mobile app that allows people to record and broadcast themselves singing to the most popular hits, as well as old classics. By using Sing Along, people can get famous over night, without having to wait in line to appear on TV. The artists that we all love to listen to are also present, and interact with singers.

We are looking for a senior iOS engineer with good knowledge in Swift, Cocoa and related frameworks to help us to continue develop and deliver a world class Music app. This job will require a large amount of self-starting, and requires the ability to take responsibility and provide input to the company leaders on which direction to go with development.

We use technologies like Xcode, Swift, HaishinKit, AudioKit, Starscream, Crashlytics, Firebase. We use RTMP for live streaming from clients, and HLS for streaming content to viewers. Our backend tha you will be communicating with is built with Python+Django.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of professional experience with mobile development

• Strong expertise in Swift

• Strong focus on high-quality mobile UI experiences

• Highly skilled in iOS development, MVC/MVVM framework, and HTTP APIs

• Willing to work with the nitty gritty details of audio and video processing.

• Happy hacking on new technologies, loves R&D.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• A pleasure to work with.

Preferred skills

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field

• Experience with other programming languages

• You have some open source projects to contribute to the wider iOS community
