We are looking a full-time Customer Success Assistant to join our growing team in Copenhagen. We are a SaaS company that gives restaurants and takeaways their own online ordering platform.

The Job

The Customer Success team at OrderYOYO is responsible for the strategy and success of all existing partners. We are trusted advisers to our partners, understanding their needs in order to grow their business.

Your responsibilities

• Client servicing and account management of our existing portfolio primarily in Denmark, and also the UK
• Work closely with the team to create unique strategies to optimise our partners' performance
• Develop an understanding of the partners' business challenges
• Act as a consultant to the partners regarding best practice solutions and processes to maximise their revenue
• Daily interaction with partners over the phone

Your skills

• Experience in client relations, account management and customer service
• Solid academic track record, with a Bachelor's degree (minimum)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High standards of attention to detail
• Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn technical concepts
• You must be fluent in Danish, and have proficiency in English
