We are currently building out our expansion team and are now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our continued expansion across Germany, Austria and Switzerland from our Swedish HQ.  

You will be a core part of the expansion team and manage projects independently. You will work closely to the company’s Head of Expansion and marketing team and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will gain exceptional insights into our business by driving projects from idea all the way to implementation. This requires a positive and proactive attitude as we set out to do what others believe impossible. 

The position is primarily based at HQ in Gothenburg and will include travel to the DACH markets. 

Qualifications and prior experience

• Go-getter attitude with a high energy level and ability to come up with new ideas and execute rapidly
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or similar from a top-tier university
• 1-3 years’ experience of growth marketing, performance marketing, PR, affiliate marketing and similar. Previous experience from fast-growing startups and exposure to retail, online marketplaces and e-commerce is an advantage
• Significant exposure to working in cross-cultural environments
• Hands-on experience and network from working with marketing in the target markets
• Native German and fluency in English is required, additional languages are advantageous. 
• Data-driven, excellent quantitative skills
• Ability to multi-task. You will be running multiple projects at the same time and manage a variety of different work streams.
