The Eastern Craft is looking for an intern to implement new sales process and an online store, implement creative and innovative changes in our retail store, aid in the launch of a new craft beer product, help engage in advertising, social media and design, manage and initiate craft beer events. We are involved in many projects across a wide range of areas and are always keeping busy. This position offers an opportunity to improve your capabilities, and get involved in an exciting industry.

Your profile:

• A student/practitioner in marketing, business development, events and/or service management
• A independent individual who thrives in an agile start-up environment 
• Full of ideas

Bonus points for:

• Interest in craft beer culture
• Experience with events creation and organization
• Passion for experience design
• Fluent in English and Danish (Danish is a huge plus)

Possible Roles

Retail Development - Online and Bricks and Mortar

• Implement new ideas and processes in our retail store
• Help design and customize the customer experience
• Maintain the online store

New Product Development

• Help develop and implement a new Tap Beer to Go system

Sales

• Aid in establishing a CRM system and Affiliate Program
• Connect, and sell our products through various outlets
• Arranging beer tastings is encouraged

Event organization 

• Designing and carrying out customized craft beer experiences
• Event marketing
• Developing and executing own event ideas to fit the company's vision
