The Head of Delivery is an essential figure in delivering and managing complex, portfolio-level clients. They should have extensive experience leading and structuring multi-million dollar engagements with parallel work streams—spanning design, development, social engagements, media, and marketing


Highly Desirable

- Experience in a rapidly growing/ evolving Product or Professional Services business

- Reporting and meeting the target margins around profitability to ensure the business

- Ability to challenge internal departments to provide synergy and a clear path for projects and customers

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and their expectations

- Flexible to accommodate US customers potential calls/ enquiries in evenings

- Experience in managing process implementation

- Metric driven decision maker

- Analytical about reporting and progress

- Proven ability to build and lead large scale delivery teams

- Proven experience of delivering “Product” solutions and services for enterprise clients
