Requirements

As a Senior Strategic Business Designer, you lead Vertical Strategy’s concept design team together with the other senior designers by defining best practices, inspire us to become even better and lead competence development. You scope, define and facilitate inspirational meetings, workshops, customer research, sprints and co-creation sessions with clients. You support your team in the creation of tangible and digital pretotypes to be developed and tested in line with customer insights.

Moreover, you:

• Have +5 years of experience working in the innovation field for a strategic or innovation consulting firm, a corporate innovation team, management consulting or a startup
  
• Are an expert in all levels of conceptualization, sketching, prototyping and testing across digital platforms
• Are a great storyteller, both in terms of crafting the story and expressing it clearly, visually and emotionally
• Work systematically and structured with complex business problems, turning high-level ideas into tangible concepts
• Are an inspirational team leader that can break down bold visions into actionable challenges, lead your team and help them be comfortable with the ‘unknown’ by developing and driving a carefully thought-out process
• Are proactive and have a positive attitude that creates natural followership
