Textual helps online retailers and web shops to create and optimize marketing material using an AI. Our solution automated text creation in a smart way. We create product descriptions, category pages, online ads and can even do more personalized marketing messages. We support 25 languages and work with clients like NA-KD, H&M, John Lewis and Babyshop.

We are looking for a technical project manager for our client projects

You will work with our clients and help them get started in our platform.

Experience from e-commerce and technical implementation projects is required.

As a translation service, we always look for people that speaks multiple languages.

About the job:

• Understanding the tech requirements in the project and ask the right questions to get the complete picture.

• Break down the work into tickets

• Hands-on help the client setup system configurations

• Schedule our internal team for setting up the solution and make sure it is delivered on time.

• Suggest additional services and improvements to the clients

• Manage project scheduling, budgeting, time-reporting and documentation

Is this you?

• You have experience from tech projects within e-commerce, PIM and tech stacks for online sales.

• Love working with clients and helping them succeed

• You are passionate about solving problems

• Independent and doer

• Social people-person

• Speak multiple languages
