We’re looking for our first Customer Success Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. This person will manage working relationships across clients in aviation, hospitality and facilities management and always strive to make them successful with the Whispr products.
The role
In this role, you will have massive impact on the bottom line performance of the business by nurturing our earliest adopters and ensuring they become our strongest advocators. You will care deeply about customer success, you’re curious about technology and voice, and super passionate about working cross functionally to build the business from the bottom up.
You will always want folks to be successful with our product, though you will be clear on the functionalities and best practices to ensure long term success. Short term wins don’t work for us, or our customers. You will also be able to spot problems before they become too big too quickly - proactivity is in your bones.
