As Jewelry consultant you get the opportunity to meet customers first hand and discuss their crazy, fun and splendid Jewelry ideas with them.

 Work

• Helping clients create their dream jewelry
• Reading and learning about Jewelry and its building blocks, gold, diamonds etc.
• Identifying bottlenecks in customer journey and coming up with solutions
• Finding ways to bridge the gap of communicating online about jewelry size, colour and shape
• Communicating customer needs to Sketch, 3D artist and graphical design team.

Requirements

• Experience in sales/service sector
• Fluent in Swedish
• A love for Jewelry and an interest in learning about how its made and its parts.
• Social chameleon gaining energy from speaking to clients and getting into their shoes
• A problemsolver with ability to challenge existing norms and to find more effective solutions
• Experience of copywriting is a plus
