That’s why we need to add a talented Inbound Channel Manager to our team.


Famly has been in the market for 5 years and is used by thousands of parents every day in Denmark, Germany, US and UK. We are more than 25 dedicated people from 8 different countries sitting in our office in the heart of Copenhagen. We have received investments from prominent investors including Klaus Nyengaard (Just Eat), Christian Birk (Endomondo), Alexander Aghassipour & Morten Primdahl (Zendesk), and Peter and Susanne Gjørup (Top Toy).

As a Channel Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for a number of inbound marketing channels. The person who fills this position will be an integral member of the marketing team, responsible for developing and executing new campaigns designed to increase the number of inbounds from a number of channels. We're looking for a smart, hungry and curious inbound marketer. You have the ‘eye’ for quality, you’re data-driven, but have a creative edge. You will be reporting to and working directly with the Head of Marketing.

Your tasks will include:

  • Manage a number of (paid) marketing channels incl: Facebook, Google Adwords, Partnerships, Twitter, LinkedIn. 
  • Optimize and experiment to improve key metrics, increase conversion rates and inbound quality.
  • Track and improve the efficiency of the channel marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms.
  • Optimize our conversion paths and rates overall and drive marketing-qualified leads for our sales team.
  • Propose new demand-driven campaigns that attract prospects and convert leads.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in growth hacking and digital marketing.
  • Support in the planning and execution of offline events to deepen relationships with customers and attract local prospects.

Requirements

  • Min. 2+ years of experience in marketing and paid advertising 
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks like Outbrain and Taboola.
  • Ability to think about process and scale above all else to work efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
  • Excellent writer and communicator with the ability to align that communication with the larger company tone.
  • Strong abilities in analytics and a deep understanding of web-related behaviours and trends and ability to optimize for these.
