The CLO of Equity Store will be in charge of navigating the regulatory landscape and establishing a contract framework for customers. We don't expect you to be a licensed attorney, as long as you know what you're doing.

Things you should be able to handle:

• Navigating Danish and EU regulation regarding crowdfunding
• Navigating Danish and EU regulation regarding equity and investing
• Writing contracts such as SHAs, etc.
