We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in Stockholm. Our team in Sweden consist 7 members at the moment and we need one more hungry player to conquer the market with us. We are on a mission to grow our business in Sweden and Business Development Representative has a crucial role to support our Sales Managers in their daily work. This is a perfect opportunity for a graduate to take the first step in sales and start a career in an exciting growth company.
What will be on your to do –list:
- Generate outbound lead: identify target companies, contact potential customers using a range of outbound channels and convince them to speak with our Sales Manager over a demo call.
- Deliver value to prospects and be the driving force of our new customer aqcuisition.
- Identify customer’s problems and find the best solutions. Clear communication of giosg’s value proposition.
You will charm us with the following skills:
- You have passion for sales, ambition to impress your colleagues and most importantly our potential customers.
- Native level Swedish and good English skills.
- Motivation and skills to meet and exceed goals.
- Ability to communicate proficiently to decision makers of companies and understand business drivers and challenges.
- Your best asset is your enthusiastic attitude and outstanding people skills. You take ownership of your work and you are motivated to learn something new every day. Pardon our French - at giosg we believe that you can’t do epic shit with basic people.
