WRK4ME was established Jan. 2016 located in Bergen, Norway.

To reach our goals of having a global impact on the job market, we're now in need of and searching for; Developers.

Job description:

To begin with: 

You will take on the continued development and implementation of new ideas and concepts to make WRK4ME become the #1 platform for its' users. 

-Participation in product development and future design to make our services become even easier and better to use.

-Maintenance of our systems to stay up-to-date on newer releases we can benefit from using or better our services. 

-If you also happen to know the basics of system administration that would also be an aspect which we could look in to. 

Job requirements:   

If you don't have any degree that's fine, this position can also be a good match for final-year students and/or people with broad knowledge of app development. In this case a portfolio will be required.  

-You will need to be a quick-learner as we expect the basis of our systems to be easily understood if you've done similar work before.

-You have used several languages that our systems use before and have a deep understanding on how the different layers work and interact. 

-You have the ability to understand issues that arise and have a way to solve them, by taking a step back.

-Self-driven, ambitious (both on a personal and company level) and innovative.

-You thrive at finding solutions that meets your goal.

-Excellent communication skills, both in Norwegian and English, additional languages are beneficial.

-Able to work independently and also in team.

We believe in the use of our product and the need of a stable and productive team. Therefore, for the right candidate there will be a possibility of taking a Lead-role in the continued development as we enter the final phases of the product and an equity position may be discussed.
