We are looking for a structured Project Manager who can get things moving and make sure both Agillic’s and our clients’ goals are achieved. A qualified applicant will have proven experience managing both smaller and large-scale digital projects, understand the work processes of Marketing departments, and be fluent in Danish.

ABOUT THE JOB

You will be an essential part of our Professional Services team that onboards new clients and manages and delivers various projects to our existing clients. Agillic Professional Services is all about helping our clients utilise Agillic, be they large or small, local or global.

Together with your colleagues and Agillic’s partners, you will be an important player in making sure our clients receive competent project management in digital projects, ranging from marketing automation configuration to complex IT projects.

You will be responsible for your own group of existing clients and you will be measured on your project management skills, customer service, and your sales target.

You will report to Head of Professional Services, Benjamin Nidam.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be responsible for managing both large & small-scale projects for a number of Agillic clients
• You will be part of a team responsible for onboarding new clients
• You will help to identify sales opportunities
• You will help with the continuous optimisation of internal processes

YOUR PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent and proven project management skills within digital projects – preferably with some years of experience from a digital agency
• Be able to keep track of different projects with tight deadlines Experience with Marketing Automation is a plus
• Experience with resource planning systems is a plus
• Fluent and professional level of Danish
• Excellent English skills – speaking and writing
