• Plan technical SaaS-architectures that scales, minimize or eliminates performance problems, complexity, or solution fragility
• Lead the technical planning, user story and technical acceptance creation, and coding
• Guide and manage other developers that are contributing code to the project
• Estimate the level of development tasks within a project
• Identify and correct complex bugs and problems
• Review mockups, UX/UI prototypes and other artifacts
• Interact with business stakeholders and guide them through decision making, determine best approach, provide time and cost estimates and develop high quality solutions using Python and Django
• Create and update models, views, and templates
• Work with front-end developers to help integrate their CSS and JavaScript
• Develops web pages using latest responsive design development techniques

What you bring to the table:

• Quick thinking and ability to solve complex issues and problems
• Overall programming experience of 5-10+ years
• Have a masters degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems (preferred)
• Extensive Python 2 experience including knowledge of various Python frameworks including:
• Django (version 1.4+)
• Django Templating Framework
• Django REST framework
• Blockchain and PostgreSQL
• Experience with unit testing methodologies
• Experience of the software development life cycle in a large enterprise environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Independent, self-managed and motivated
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
